How does your organization try to become agile?
While frameworks and software tools are supporting agility, they’re not what makes you agile.
An agile transformation goes deeper than changing roles or workflows. It’s a cultural shift. Failing to embrace that will lead to frustration and failed transformations.
So focus on the important things like:
π Treating people like adults
π Establishing psychological safety
π Modeling agile values
This is much easier, if you can subscribe to a modern view of the human being as benevolent and intrinsically motivated people. Getting an organization to adopt that view of the human being is the primary job of an agile transformation.
