What should people do differently after the training?
Bring a current problem
Use a decision, product, conflict, or delivery problem from the company instead of a generic case study.
Use enough time
Use two hours for one decision, two or three days for a subject, or several sessions when people need to try something and return with questions.
Decide what happens afterward
Agree before the training what participants should do differently in their next meeting, project, or product decision.
Bring more facilitators for large groups
Leadership and innovation programs can include three facilitators and run as part of a longer company program.
